Nobody new moves in next door on a Friday. There are no holiday lets on this park, so the people you wave at in year ten are the people you wave at now. That is the whole product, and a park with a letting programme cannot sell it to you at any price.
It is a small field run by one family, open all year. The town is seven minutes down the lane, with a supermarket, a doctor and a station.
